Why is the temperature of the Hangcha forklift transmission box too high?
1. First look at the gearbox pressure of the Hangcha forklift. If the pressure is insufficient, such as below 1Mp, then you are applying pressure by adding a control valve adjustment pad or changing parts to test.
2. If the internal pressure of the Hangcha forklift transmission box is normal, you can remove the oil filter of the gearbox. Don't try the filter element. Remove the filter element of the gearbox bottom case.
3. If the oil filter element is removed, the pressure is normal, and you need to check whether the torque converter is normal.
