Operating Procedure for Electric Pallet Truck:
Using an electric pallet truck is simpler than a manual hydraulic pallet truck due to its electric operation. Here's a general guide for operating an electric pallet truck:
1. Pre-Operation Check:
Ensure the machine is functioning properly.
Check the battery level and the brake system. Repair any damage before use.
2. Starting the Truck:
Connect the power and start the vehicle.
Set the pressure control lever on the handle to the neutral position.
Rotate the acceleration button in the desired direction to move forward or backward. The switch, marked with a turtle icon, controls speed: a single press for slow speed and a long press (over 2 seconds) for upright walking.
3. Loading and Unloading:
To lift the forks, locate the handle end and adjust the lift control.
For loading, lower the forks to the desired height, position the truck under the load, push down the pressure control lever and lift the forks.
For unloading, slowly pull up the pressure control lever until the forks are clear of the pallet, then carefully move the truck away from the load area.
4. Directional Control:
Steer the truck by moving the handle left or right.
5. Post-Operation:
Release the drive button to stop the truck.
Turn off the power switch to cease all electrical functions.
Move the truck to the storage area, similar to a manual pallet truck.
