Product Description
Lift Truck Steer Knuckle
The function of lift truck steer knuckle is to transmit and bear the front load of the forklift, support and drive the front wheel to rotate around the kingpin, so that the forklift is steered, and is subject to variable impact loads when the forklift is running, so it is required to have high strength.
Lift Truck Steer Knuckle Should Be Inspected When Maintenance
1. Inspection of knuckle journal locking threads. No more than 2 teeth were injured. The lock nut can only be screwed in with a wrench. If it can be screwed in by hand, it means that the middle diameter of the thread is worn and loose, and the steering knuckle should be repaired or replaced.
2. Inspection of taper holes on knuckles. The wear of the taper hole matched with the knuckle arm and other rods should be checked with a plug gauge. The contact area should not be less than 70%, and the thrust end face of the taper neck matched with the taper hole should not be less than 2mm. Otherwise, replace the knuckle.
