The function of the forklift brake booster:
The forklift brake booster is generally located between the forklift brake pedal and the forklift brake master cylinder.
The function of the vacuum booster is to use the difference between the vacuum generated by the vacuum pump and the atmospheric pressure to increase the braking effect, making it easier to step on the brake pedal, and ensuring safe and rapid braking.
The forklift brake vacuum booster acts on the hydraulic line after the master cylinder. The brake booster pump, commonly known as the brake booster pump, controls the vacuum entering the booster pump during the braking process to move the diaphragm and uses the push rod on the diaphragm through the intermodal device to assist manpower to step on and push the brake pedal, thus producing an amplifying effect on the driver's pedal force.
